Formosan Yuhina
By Syu, Wei Bin
Yuhina brunneiceps
Length: 13 cm

Endemic to Taiwan, but can be found in Tibet, Himalayas, north Myanmar, Southeast Asia, Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province of China, Borneo and Sumatra. Formosan Yuhina usually inhabits in temperate forests in mountain areas at elevations between 2,000 to 2,500m, but some have also seen the bird in areas at an elevation of over 3,000m.
