兩生類經常是科學研究的實驗對象，有些蝌蚪不需要解剖就可以看清楚內臟運作。透明的腹部可直觀心臟跳動、腸子蠕動、鰓的活動等，十分有趣。

Amphibians are common scientific research subjects. In some tadpoles, the internal organs can be seen, without the need for dissection. Due to the transparent abdomen, it is possible to directly observe the heart beating, the intestines wriggling and the gills moving. It is all very fascinating.
